Our Yemeni Sumur Honey is also sourced from the Do'an area in Hadramawt.
It comes from the nectar of Acacia trees and whose flowers bloom in early spring until early summer.
It is distinguished from other honeys by its brown color from which it takes its name in the Arabic language, but also by its very pronounced smell and its sweet and refined taste.

    Properties:

Because of its rapid digestion in the stomach and its absorption by the lymphatic system, Sumur Honey is suitable for adults as well as children who especially appreciate the sweetness of its taste.
It is considered a rich and healthy food and particularly popular after the end of a sports or mental effort and more generally following a loss of energy or blood.
This honey is also used to solve a number of gastrointestinal problems. It acts as an intestinal disinfectant and tonic for transit. It is an appropriate and effective solution for constipation, colic and bloating.

For these therapeutic properties and its affordable cost, it is one of the most marketed honeys in Yemen.

    Usage tips:
As for the Yemeni Sidr Honey, it is advisable to take a teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before the meal and one in the evening before sleeping. It is possible to take this spoonful as it is or dilute it in a glass of warm water. This last use is even recommended because it allows easier ingestion.

    Conservation tips:
    - Keep the Sumur Honey in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and at room temperature.
    - It is strongly discouraged to expose honey to the sun, high temperatures and temperatures above 40 ° C because these factors are causes of degradation of honey and the loss of its therapeutic benefits.
